General Terms and Conditions: By accessing any areas of the FreebeeForeignPharmacy.com website ("Site"), users ("Users" or "you") agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

1. Scope of Agreement: Under this Agreement ("Agreement"), FreebeeForeignPharmacy.com ("we", "our" or "us") furnishes on-line information and services (the "Service") to registered members or authorized users ("you", "your" or "member") in one (1) month intervals. By accepting the Terms and Conditions when registering or if you use the Service or Site in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "use" means the use and access to, availability of, transmission to or from or any exchange of information or communication in connection with or arising from the Service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. Once you submit your order for Membership, it is non-refundable. Only in cases of fraud will the payment be refunded. This policy is in place due to an abuse of credit card charge-backs and theft of information. Sample prices listed on the front of the site can change at any time and we are not responsible if a current sample prescription price listed can not be found at any of the pharmacy source websites that we list.

Again, we do not give any refunds due to the explicit nature of our product. Once an individual has viewed and accessed our exclusive information there is no refund. We also offer no guarantees of any kind. However we have a very high satisfaction rate among the thousands of member's that subscribe daily to our service.

All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of their one month term on the day the membership was initially started. Ex. joining on the 15th of the month means your membership will be renewed every month on the 15th. It is each Member's responsibility to cancel 15 days prior to the renewal date if the membership is to be terminated. I agree and understand that this is an Automatic Renewing, One (1) Month Membership and must give notice no later than 15 days in advance of the renewal date. It is every users responsibility to cancel each of his or hers membership which can be done by going to the "contact us" page and clicking the link that says "'click here' to cancel your account". You will need to supply your username and password. We will not be held responsible for memberships which are not cancelled in a timely manner due to the fact that the individual has sent an email to support@FreebeeForeignPharmacy.com.

This entire agreement between you and us supersedes prior agreements regarding its subject matter. Whenever new services become available, your use of them will be under this Agreement unless we notify you otherwise. You must comply with any additional terms which apply to third-party content, software or other services. We may change this Agreement at any time as we desire. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the changes in the new version of the Agreement.

2. Scope of Service: All contents of the Service are provided for information purposes only.
